Our high-quality forgings serve critical applications in sectors such as oil and gas exploration, gear manufacturing, aerospace and aviation, energy and power generation, defense, automotive, heavy industry, manufacturing, metalworking, petroleum and chemicals, mining, turbines, shipbuilding, construction, fabricated metals, pulp and paper, and food processing.

FORGING PROCESS

Open-die forging, also referred to as free forging or smith forging, is a metalworking process in which a hammer is used to deform a workpiece, typically positioned on a stationary anvil.

Alternatively, compression can be applied to press the metal between basic dies, which are usually flat, semi-round, or V-shaped. This process allows for precise control over the shape and mechanical properties of the metal.
