STANDARDS

Micon Forge and Flange manufactures a wide range of flanges in accordance with various international standards, including ASA/ASME (USA), PN/DIN (European), BS10 (British/Australian), and JIS/KS (Japanese/Korean).

 

These flanges are designed with standardized dimensions to ensure functionality and interchangeability. 

 

While most local standards align with ISO standards, certain variations may exist, such as the incompatibility between ASME and ISO flanges. 

 

Additionally, flanges are available in different pressure classes to accommodate varying pressure ratings, with certain classes (e.g., ASME 150 and ASME 300) not being interchangeable.

Micon Forge and Flange manufactures flanges across various pressure classes, each with specific pressure and temperature ratings for different materials. Custom pressure classes can also be developed for process plants or power generation stations, tailored to the requirements of corporations, EPC contractors, or plant owners.

 

The company produces flanges in ASME pressure classes for flat-face flanges, including Class 125 and Class 250, as well as Ring-Joint, Tongue & Groove, and Raised-Face flanges in Class 150, Class 300, Class 400 (uncommon), Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, and Class 2500. 

 

Flange faces are manufactured to standardized dimensions, with common styles including flat face, raised face, tongue and groove, and ring joint, alongside more specialized designs. Micon Forge and Flange also produces flanges in a variety of designs, such as Weld Neck, Slip-on, Lap Joint, Socket Weld, Threaded, and Blind flanges.

Micon Forge and Flange manufactures a comprehensive range of high-quality flanges, available in sizes from ½” (15NB) to 60” (1500NB) and pressure classes ranging from 150LB to 2500LB. We offer a variety of flange designs including Weld Neck, Lap Joint, Custom, Blind, Threaded, Socket Weld, Orifice, Reducing, and Slip-On.

 

Our flanges are produced in accordance with a wide array of international standards and specifications, including B16.5, B16.47 A, B16.47 B, BS 3293, DIN EN1092-1, C207, GOST, JIS B222, BS 4504, BS 10, and custom specifications to meet specific client needs.

 

We manufacture flanges in a variety of material grades, including Carbon Steel (A105, LF2, A694), Alloy Steel (F1, F5, F11, F12, F22), and Stainless Steel (F304, F316), all in compliance with ASTM/ASME standards. Additionally, we offer various other materials upon request to ensure the optimal solution for any application.
